I feel like I am being ghosted without teeth. When am I getting my dentures? This is very upsetting A couple weeks ago I had an appointment. I had to take time off work for this appointment. There was no call to let me know that the appointment had been canceled but I called they said their system is down and it'll be up in a few days. Well it's been like 2 weeks. I haven't heard anything back I've made multiple appointment requests. Is there something going on? I haven't heard anything in weeks and I have no teeth right now. I really need to get seen to get these dentures. Is the business still open? I'm walking around completely toothless and I have no idea when it's going to be even worked on. what's going on? Usually they are great they pull your teeth when it's needed to be pulled. The dentist are very nice it's friendly and wonderful but I have no communication right now I've called the hotline and both locations in my area nobody's answering or messaging me.

My daughter had an appointment today which she made a couple weeks ago for massive pain in a tooth. She went there and was sent home because their β€œsystem was down all week” Must be doing really well money wise to be able to turn away patients for a whole week and still keep your staff onboard. If it’s a system issue, one could still do the actual work, document the procedures on a paper chart, and enter them when the IT person sobers up from their week long drinking binge.

DO NOT GO HERE!! My 1 year feedback (all negative) We had monthly adjustments appointments for my son braces and each time I have gone in with a hope that the next time will be a better experience and maybe it was just that day's experience, but each time it has been consistent or worst. While you are in the waiting room, you'll hear the front desk staff arguing with patients on the phone, being very rude and short with patients, each other and callers. Each time we have been scheduled for the appointment of the day, we have waited an hour in the waiting room before you get called. They are never prepared for their patients and ate scrambling to set up well after when it should have been. Additionally, they always over book patients too many patients that they can’t handle them. We had paid for entire 2 years orthodontist service in advanced tat we can’t do anything. I have been to several dentists over the past 15 years in Blo-No community , and this is by far the worst place I have ever been to. Very unfortunate because they are very booked but treat their patients so poorly and need to make a LOT of changes for their practice. Extremely wordy customer experience. I will NOT r

Long wait times - both for appointments and for arrival. It took months to get in, and then when we arrived for our appointments, it was more than an hour wait. I wish they would have called to let me know they were running behind schedule so I didn't pull the kids out of school. Four appointments have been this way. Once they got called back, the hygienists and dentist were friendly, which is the only reason I'm not immediately finding a different dentist. I wish they would find a way to schedule their time better.

What a joke! I have no idea how this place gets business. The front staff don’t know what they are doing and don’t know how to fix mistakes. I made an appointment for myself and two daughters while I was there in person. On the day of our appointments, we get there and they don’t have our appointments on their schedule even though I showed them proof of the card I was given with the date and time. They were scrambling around trying to figure out what to do but said all 3 of us could not be seen, only 1. Not once did they apologize or take accountability. We were going to stay so 1 of us could be seen but they didn’t even have the right insurance down on file even though I was seen 2 weeks earlier and gave them my information. So I’m not sure how I’m getting billed for that past visit. No one could tell me and it was just a bad experience. The front staff represent your business and they lacked professionalism.
